Mercenary Den

As part of the Revenant expansion, the Mercenary Den structure can be built by players to syphon resources from the skyhook structure. The Visual effects were created to show a visual connection between the two, showing the slow pull of energy from source to the new structure. Depending on state of the structure, the VFX can be turned on and gracefully disabled.
